Nationwide mixed-mode survey of 3,202 domestic energy bull-payers orchestrated by Ofgem on consumer perceptions of the energy market during August- September 2020. Consumers included in this quarter of the survey appeared more satisfied with their smart meter than the previous those included in the previous quarter (71% vs 67%). There was also a decline in satisfaction with the ease of comparing suppliers during the switching process (77% satisfied vs 83% satisfied the previous quarter).
