Nationwide academic research carried out by the University of Sydney in 2018. The aim of the research was to understand the extent to which consumers use different mobility services weekly before offering them a personalised bundle of mobility services targeting their needs. A survey was administered via face-to-face interviews. The target group of respondents was people aged 18 years and over. Interviews were conducted February 15th and 26th 2018. A sample of 290 interviews were analysed and average interview time was 16.7 minutes. The research found that over 40% of the sample would adopt Mobility as a Service (MaaS) as subscription users rather than as pay-as-you-go users.
